Does the WattMan tool support the Pro Graphics GPUs drivers, such as FirePro cards? Where can the appropriate version be downloaded?
It appears Adrenalin drivers include WattMan, however the installer for these will not recognize a Pro Graphics GPU. And the Pro Graphics drivers do not including "gaming" features such as WattMan. So users of higher-priced pro cards have no access to standard software for lower-priced gaming cards.
Generally, why does AMD believe that professional users would not / should not tinker with power settings?
