WattMan application hang

I've been trying to use WattMan on my Asus Strix Vega 64, and the application keeps hanging/freezing during the first few minutes of using the app (No change to settings applied). No error messages. I have to resort to killing the app via the task manager, and re-opening WattMan. On the event viewer, shows error 1002: Application hang.Top level window is idle. Anybody experience similar issue?
