Washed out Colors after AMD driver update

I just updated an old AMD ATOMBIOS videocard that came with an older Dell 9020 i7 minitower desktop. I believe the card is a Dell Radeon HD 6450 Graphics Card- 1 GB GDDR3 - 64-bit card with an old Display Port interface and a DVI port.

I found that that the resultant screen colors resulted in washed out colors using the drivers contained in the AMD-Radeon-R7-250-and-R5-240-and-R5-340X-Graphics_09HMY_WIN_17.400.2801_A00_01

I use a DVI to HDMI cable to view on a 27" monitor.  I know the video card is old. But i primarily use this workstation for Office, browsing, watching TV  and music playing.

There is no HDR support for this old card. I can update the card but I'd rather just do.
