After repeatedly uninstalling and installing the latest software, the ReLive feature refuses to download with the software. The option to download isn't even appearing. My GPU supports it, I have an RX590 card and a Ryzen 3 2200G CPU. Why do I not have access to the ReLive feature?

You may install Relive after the installation of the new GPU drive/GPU Radeon Settings software.

There is a tab "Relive" and it will let you install it, if you do not have it  installed already.
