So, the issue occurs when I'm turning on and off my Cintiq Pro 24. It tends to BSOD and gives me "VIDEO TDR FAILURE (amdkmdag.sys failed). However, this doesn't happen if my computer just booted up. It only bluescreens when I turn it on/off after like 5-15 minutes of my pc being on. Also, it tends to BSOD more when I'm turning OFF my Cintiq. It will give me a bluescreen sometimes when I'm turning on my Cintiq, but it happens way more often when I'm turning off my Cintiq.
Right before I get a BSOD this happens. My screen goes black for a few seconds, then I see my cursor for a second or two before it disappears. Then after another 5 seconds, the cursor reappears and disappears. The audio also jumps in and out. Then I get the BSOD. However, another weird thing that occurs is that sometimes windows doesn't recover by itself? It stays at 0% sometimes? So, I'm forced to restart my pc.
I think this is mainly AMD's drivers because I haven't really had an issue like this with this graphics card. It mainly occurs when I'm using the Cintiq. And I'm sure it isn't my Cintiq because on my old pc my Cintiq was 100% fine. I could literally spam the power button on my Cintiq and my pc would be fine. normally, it would flicker black for like a second or two and go back to usual.
As for troubleshooting, I've tried rollback/updating, both AMD and Wacom drivers. I've updated my BIOS. I've tried updating my windows. I've booted in safe mode to do a clean uninstall of my drivers so I could reinstall again. I've tried switching from PCI 4.0 to 3.0 to see if it would do anything. I really want to avoid having to reset/do a fresh install on my pc entirely. Everything else works fine on this pc, but this one thing is really bothering me and I have no Idea how to fix it.
