How to Enable and Configure AMD Virtual Super Resolution | AMD

Supported VSR modes are  dependent on the target display's native timing (resolution, refresh rate).  However, some VSR modes are only available on certain AMD GPUs.  Please refer to the table below for supported VSR modes.

I know that, but after activating VSR enabling only 1600x1200, higher variants of resolution is missing. Bug in the last few version of drivers, on 18.2.1 all works normal.

What do you mean "enabling only 1600x1200" ? You said your native resolution is 1600x900. If that is so...VSR mode is 1920x1080....does it not show that as available? Do you have display scaling enabled?

Try delete current driver by DDU in safe mode, and install 18.7.1.

I did that and it still didn't work, until....i disabled GPU scaling. For some reason GPU scaling disables a set of resolutions. Not sure why that is. Before the resolutions showed up with GPU scaling enabled. LOL. Go figure.
