As the title suggests, there is a noticeable video lag/stutter when I drag a window playing a video (I.E. Youtube) across my two monitors. This is something very minor but fairly annoying. This is my first Radeon GPU, and this didn't use to happen with my old NVidia card.
A note: the lag/stutter isn't in the video player, it's on the display as a whole, every part of it stutters.
Some other times, after the lag/stutter begins, it'll keep happening until I alt tab back to the video window. I.E. I switch the window from Display 1 to 2, alt-tab to Discord and the displays are lagging/stuttering non stop, until I alt-tab back.
My system information:
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Hi, have you tried to install the driver only, no amd adrenalin software and have you tried disabling windows MPO?
