Issue:

VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116) BSOD atleast once every day, it occurs randomly even when I'm not playing games. Have already tried DDU to reinstall drivers.

Already used it , no results. It can crash randomly , I can play GTA Online for a 6 hours straight ,and I can play GTA ONLINE and get crashed after 30 minutes of game , so it is random

No, but it's gotten better once i've increased the power limit to 50% in wattman but not really sure if it's due to that. I'm going to try to check the cables and reseat my gpu

It probably is due to that....the profile power limit should be set to the highest + value (+50 in your case) and the computer power plan set to 'high performance'.
