So last night i was just messing around in Forza 6 menu, nothing demanding for the card, when bump! BLACK SCREEN!
Today same thing in Fallout: New Vegas, a game that barely utilizes my GPU at all.
It is nasty because it loses signal with the monitor, and restarting your PC wont fix it, unless you cut off the power. [in my case restarting the UPS]
I have allays paid attention to proper remove last drivers before installing new ones and never experienced issues, until last night.
The card is running at Factory OC by ASUS, with a custom fan speed profile set utilizing GPU Tweak, power efficiently is turned OFF
