I recently installed the current 22.7.1 drivers and made some minor standard tweeks to the settings

Games work great, video in games works great, 4k, 144fps not a problem.

very high bitrate 4k video editing in Davinci resolve, no problems.

Video in chrome and the media player cause MAJOR stuttering

I fixed the issue in chrome by setting ANGLE graphics backend flag to openGL

Any ideas?

Well this is just great

The issue is setting the monitor to 120hz

If I set the monitor to 144hz I get some weird hue shifts in images which is corrected by setting it to 120hz in Advanced Display Settings.

So I either have a smooth display with incorrect color

or a correct color display which stutters when doing certain things

I can no longer draw on my tablet, WTH AMD

How do I install the previous driver?

That didnt solve the problem. It's not limited to videos and I dont use adobe flash

FYI It will majorly stutter when viewing videos in a tiny window just as much as fullscreen. It will also stutter when the video is not playing and when the window the video is in is fully underneath other windows.

Hitting the Factory Reset All Options has been a complete waste of my time

Dont use 22.7.1 its trash, works fine on 22.6.1
