I do the update of the video card and it happens that after restarting the screen it gets distorted.
I've tried every way to fix it.
and I already delete the driver back to normal.

You have a Discrete HD 6310 GPU Card?  Your card is old and not supported by AMD anymore. It is considered to be "Legacy". The last updated driver for the HD 6xxx series GPU card is from 2015 or 2016 (BETA) from here : Legacy . This Driver is also same one for your APU.

You didn't mention if your Computer was a Desktop or a Laptop?

Use the driver that is working, There are no more updates for your Laptop GPU. Ignore any messages about updating the GPU driver unless you have an older version than AMD : Legacy .
