Can i update this laptop bios? for more change in my laptop like fan speed?

BIOS updates are issued by the system manufacturer. You will need to contact ASUS.

You also need to post the exact Make and Model. I went to Asus Support and inputted the model of your laptop and came up zero. They have an x550cc but it uses Intel CPU/APU.
