17.10.2, just like 17.10.1, driver crashes a lot (The display driver "amdkmdap" crashed and was recovered)
so i wanted to go back to 17.9.3 but I can not uninstall 17.10.2!!
When clicking the AMD Software in Apps & Features the "Do you really want to uninstall the AMD driver" message pops up, Radeoninstaller.exe (with 0% CPU activity) opens but the unisntall window opens and nothing happens!!
Also not able to uninstall in Windows Safe Mode

We have updated the title of this discussion with relevant details to better describe your issue.
Use latest version of Display Driver Uninstaller.
Yup did that, but still this issue should be resolved for people who are not so versatile and don't know there is other software able to uninstall drivers.
