Every time I try to install the AND Chipset software, it says that the installation failed. I've tried installing both newer and older versions but to no avail.

CPU: Ryzen 5 4600H
GPU: Radeon RX 5600M
Dell BIOS 1.4.4
Radeon Software 21.5.1

I have experienced this as well. However, are you getting registry errors? Or, perhaps you can't open Device Manager? How about an error message indicating that your AMD system isn't an AMD system? If any of these, then you need to reinstall the entire OS. Why this has happened? I have no clue.

I don't know how to check for registry errors but I'm able to open device manager and see no other errors.

Make sure that you've downloaded the correct drivers for the right OS version. If that doesn't work, re-download the files and check for CRC errors, and if that doesn't do the trick, do a clean install of Windows and start all over again.
