Turn on and Turn off monitor will lead to program crash.

Turn on and Turn off monitor will lead to program crash.

I have a few computers with "Rx560D 4G display card" with dual monitors, windows 7 and all with the driver date: May-11-2021, Driver version: 27.20.20903.8001.  I am test some serial port control software for its durability. Here is what I have found:

1. as long as I turn off one monitor and then turn it back on. The program  will crash as below picture:

Crash when one monitor is turning off then back to on.Crash when one monitor is turning off then back to on.

If I click debug, If will show the following error:

"Unhanded exception in GW1.exe: 0xC0000005: Access Violation."

How it crashes.How it crashes.

Does anyone has a clue how to fix it?

I am doing more tests, and figured out that: the program actually is crashed at the moment when the monitor was turn back from off to on.
