Okey new fresh install Windows 10 Pro x64, anyway... all drivers & updates are UP to date

I am trying to switch graphic cards but there are NO options shown in CCC... on Precision M2800 because

Precision M2800 only using integrated intel graphics (not Fire pro) 

AMD Catalyst Control Center options are not shown!

What else can I do to use FirePro W4170M instead of onboard card @?

Graphics selection has been removed from AMD options. It is now controlled by Microsoft. Go to computer DISPLAY and scroll down to GRAPHICS. There you can assign the high performance graphics to a game or app.
