This is the info I get using GPUz. I'd also like to know what series, if any, I have

Windows 10 64 bit

Processor: AMD A10-7700K Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G  3.40 GHZ

Installed Ram:  8.00GB (6.94 usable )

Not sure what other info I need to provide.

If you are not stuck on Windows, you could use Linux.  R7 370 cards work fine for me with Ubuntu 14.04 and fglrx.
