Threadripper 3990x drivers

I have a Threadripper 3990x. The drivers in the device manager for the processor state they are from Microsoft with a date of 2009. Are there current drivers for this CPU.  I don't want to install Ryzen Master.

Regular Processors (CPU) without integrated Graphics (APU) don't require any drivers. Windows installs special drivers for your processor. There aren't any to download.

Also the Microsoft date is misleading. You need to look at the Driver's version. If it is the same as your Windows OS then you have the latest Native Windows driver installed.
