Hello there, I have just bought my new pc and since I started using photoshop that everyday I get 3 or 4 BLUE SCREENS, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

I have updated all drivers and BIOS and etc.

Computer is just 5 days old

Can you help me??

I am sorry. Of course I should post all the details....

My system is:

Lenovo Thinkpad E15 20RD-003 HPG

has a

- Intel® Core™ i7-10510U Quad Core - 1,8 GHz

- RAM 16 GB

- AMD Radeon RX 640

- SSd 512 GB

 - Windows 10 - 64 bit

Display devices -  A HP 27Fh monitor plugged via HDMI (lap top built in connector)

Problems shows on Photoshop 2020

You should download the drivers with Manual Update and perform a clean Windows installation. Or, if the laptop system supports it, the system should be reset to factory settings with the manufacturer's recovery.

I think the error message you get is the Intel display driver. So all drivers need to be installed properly...
