there is no graphic setting on my Ryzen 7 2700U Vega 10

there is no graphic setting on my Ryzen 7 2700U Vega 10. I've checked with adrenalin 18.10.1 and it said the driver is already installed. but still there is no radeon setting in my Laptop. my laptop is Lenovo 330

The drivers you have installed came from the Lenovo support site?
