So i have a laptop (lenovo) with AMD r7 265m GPU. Last year, i have insalled wiindows 10 and was surprised by an unexpected problem with AMD softoware: every time i try to install AMD driver the screen freezes and when rebooting it just freeze at windows logo. Luckly the driver was automatically installed by Windows 10 so i have completed the year using the windows 10 driver.
Days ago, i have reinstalled the same version of windows 10 and i have faced the same problem. The screen freezes (the mouse freezes and don't respond to keyboard control) and when i reboot it just freeze at windows logo again. I have uninstalled the amd driver using the AMD tool and reinstalled the driver but always the same problem.
Could anyone help me plz
