the RAM in the motherboard not equal the installed RAM not equal the usable RAM

i have 8gb ram 2*4
the windows show that the installed ram 6gb and the usable 4gb.
in the bios setting see 4gb .
in the motherboard i have 2slot one of them when i put the RAM into it only i get nothing in the screen .
but in cpu-z software see it 8gb.
so now i tried changing the RAM and cpu .
clean the motherboard, update bios ,clear bios, update drivers
but the problem is the same
so if anyone have a solution for this problem i will be grateful to him.Untitled.png

hardware reserved memory is caused by faults in the setup

you may need to get new memory sticks, ideally all the same
