When I search the drivers for my gpu, in the oficial page of AMD, i cant found it, and when I useDriverPack, they have a new drivers for my GPU. i mention DriverPack because, they have a versions of my actual gpu.

Why happen this things?

The drivers of DriverPack are real one?

They have solution the problems of "DX11" and "10.0"?

AMD has no support for the HD4000 series graphics cards under Windows 10. It does not meet the minimal standards. Microsoft will install a basic driver that will give minimal function, allowing normal everyday use, but no intensive programs.

No additional driver releases are planned for these products.

The last operating system supported using the AMD drivers was Microsoft Windows® 8 with the AMD Catalyst 13.1 driver package, which can be downloaded from the AMD Driver page : http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Driver support for these products under Windows® 8.1 and Windows® 10 is only available via Windows Update. Please enable Windows Update to allow it to automatically detect and install display driver version 8.970.100.9001

Ok! But what i have to do to the drivers of DriverPack? Just ignore them?

I have no idea. I do know that most of those kind of sites are known to spread malware. The driver they say they have did not come from AMD.

what about windows 8.1 can it support ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series?

No. Windows 8 was the last supported OS.

You can try to install the W8 drivers on a W8.1 OS but you will not have full functions.
