Switchable Graphics Broken on Windows 10

Hi Team,

I have just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 my Pavilion dm4 laptop which comes with AMD Radeon HD 5000.After the upgrade my system has lost the ability to switch the graphics. I can confirm I am running the latest AMD Catalyst Software (AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Win10-64bit).

When I try to click "Configure Switchable Graphics" from the Context menu on the desktop, couple of errors get logged in the application event log :
