Every driver past this one i get constant fps drops in Dota (going from 100 to 70 to 100 and so on, it's very stuttery and unplayable). 18.5.2 seems to be the latest driver i have used where everything works smoothly. I've tried 18.9.3, 18.12.1.1 and i tried just now 19.2.2 and it is still the same. I'm on a sapphire nitro 360.
