I have a display from LBG AIO PC-EDP with AMD radeon graphics r5 M230, processor amd A8-6410 laptop, on lenovo c40-05.

Since the first driver with freesync I have sttutering display, it's weird, because my pc is not compatible with that feature, any latest driver, I tested until 19.12.3, has not fixed that bug, I have to use an older driver like 17.4.4.

AMD said me that old laptop graphics does not have support for latest driver. Is it true?

How can I config the latest driver for A8-6410 with r5 M230?

Install this driver Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.12.1 Optional.....use a clean install with DDU.

You did a clean install...right?

Look in Device Manager ..Display, do you see any yellow marks?

Clean install, no
