Good morning,

I've builded a new computer but i have strange crash issues with windows 10 and i don't understand the cause. I didn't still try to install Linux, so i don't know if it could be a Win10 issue or not.

After i've installed Win10 successfully, i start to install drivers and apps. I wanted to testing a bit the computer so i installed games too.

The issue is the computer randomly crash with a blue screen when i'm installing apps or drivers and the error's message is always different.

These are eror's messages i remember:

• UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP,
• DRIVER IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
• CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
• KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Sometimes after these crashes, when i login again in the desktop i noticed some system files missing, for example Graphic Driver missing or some .sys libraries.

Soemtimes aftere there crashes, i was forced to reinstal again Win10 because i wasn't unable to boot Windows again.

I'm pretty lost, because i'm not able to identify the cause...i give you some specifics hoping it could be helpful

Hardware:

• Asrock Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX Vega 56 8G (90-GA0900-00UANF)
• AMD Ryzen 7 2700X (YD270XBGAFBOX)
• Asrock X470 Master SLI (90-MXB7F0-A0UAYZ)
• Corsair CX750M (CP-9020061-EU)
• HyperX Predator DDR4 16 GB Kit (2 x 8 GB) 3200 MHz (HX432C16PB3K2/16)
• Kingston KC2000 x2 250GB (SKC2000M8/250G)
• EZDIY-FAB PCIe NVME M2 with heatsinkcooler
• Thermaltake Versa H23 (CA-1B1-00M1NN-02)

OS:

• Windows 10 Home downloaded for free by microsoft
  • I installed it in the PCI NVME M2 adapter with the heatsink

  • AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:19.10.16_19H1_WHQL
  • Lan driver ver:23.0

Notes:

• I've put Vega in the first PCI and NVME Adapter in the second one (under it)
  • Maybe the GPU blows too much hot air? It was a bit hot when i touched it
• I didn't still try to mvoe the M2 SSD with Win10 in the default M2port on the Motherboard
  • Maybe PCIe NVME M2 Adapter could be defective?
• At the moment the computer has only 2 fan, default CPU Fan and default Case Fan
  • Maybe the case is too hot?
• When Vega56 arrived with the carrier, it didn't have the seal
  • Maybe it could be defective?
• I didn't try to install Win10 in a normal SSD
• I didn't try to change the power supply
• I didn't try to change the GPU
• I didn't try to chage the cable in the computer
