Hello, I have a Asus monitor with internal speakers connected to the Rx570 gpu through HDMI cable. Everything was fine before the update. After the update sound is not working. I have spent a lot of time to figure it out.

*The taskbar sound icon- pic 1

*If I go to the amd folder and try to install the hdmi drivers manually then it shows this error. I downloaded the win10-64   setup- pic2

* The device manager is not showing the audio output head- pic3

* If I try to reinstall the drivers through driver software then the hdmi driver is not showing up.- pic3

I have checked with another hdmi cable. same problem.

first you right click on sound icon in taskbar and choose troubleshoot sound problems .

and will show problem
