The nature of the problem exists since i had my RX 580 GPU. Generally, when the monitor switches modes into screensaver, then later turning it off, the background music player (windows media player/winamp whatever program) sounds' stuttered 1-2 seconds.
After this latest driver, the monitor turns on screen saver mode as usually, and the sound stutter remains entirely. This behaviour is unacceptable imho. It has really nothing to do with games, hence I am mostly puzzled.
