edit: the strange part is the linux links all works, only the windows 7/10 side is not working.

Working for me (chrome,edge), and was over the weekend also,

But it doesn't look right, no second release notes, previous driver, driver date has changed ?

lol. I find a workaround, to troubleshoot the webpage issue, for me i have the issue if the language of webpage is in english, if i set to portuguese, that is my native language, it works...

Still problem here with IE, Edge, FireFox 57 and Chrome.

Using my Android phone it opens correctly.

I need to download the 17.7.1 drivers for my APU in order to play Diablo 3 since it crashes on 17.11.1

Using Firefox (latest version) I am able to download drivers from the website.
