Nov. 16. still no fix from AMD, this is a joke, its been almost a week and i cant download drivers..

I currently download 17.11.2

I reinstalled windows and now it's working. Strange, before that I have this problem on every browser even after cleaning all data.

Ok, guys. I have had the same problem. And one thing that has helps me to view the page normally with buttons "download" was a VPN. Try out, maybe this will help you too.

Same here, this is not only my bug (to me),now I see that a lot of people have this problem in same time and same date, strange or not i dont know pls fix as soon!
