I have a HD 7850 on Windows 10 64bit and I did not overclock. A few days ago I updated my radeon software to the latest version that was available. Today I had a crash during a game where the screen suddenly showed orange squiggly lines. Each time I restarted I didn't get past the windows logo I just got a black screen. I managed to fix it by going into safe mode and rolling back my display driver. My current display driver is now Microsoft basic. My question is, will it be safe for me to reinstall the latest AMD software for my graphics card or could it happen again?
