Sapphire Amd rx 6900 xt nitro+ OC

Hi guys, I recently bought the sapphire amd rx 6900 xt nitro+ OC and unsure of why I keep getting an error 182 when I install AMD software to install drivers. Can someone help please!

Do you have an other card installed, or monitor is connected to the mobo output ?

You removed previous graphics card drivers/software, what OS (retail/insider preview vers.) ?
