There are friezes of videos, both online and files. At system boot writes that there is no hardware acceleration of video, asks to check the list of drivers, but there are no them. Where can I find the right driver for hardware acceleration? Thank you in advance.

Lenovo IdeaPad S540 14'' (API). Ubuntu 19.04 и 19.10 Beta прекрасно работают. Эти дистрибутивы идут с ядром 5+. Новый Mint, который будет нормально работать, появится не скоро, так он будет основан на Ubuntu 20 с LTS. Т.е. это ждать аж до апреля, а потом еще полгода, потому что вот так быстро выходят новые версии Mint.
