Need to see if your Ryzen APU is restricted, locked, from being Overclocked according to Ryzen Master Guide: (Link at the very bottom of webpage):

From the link to Ryzen Master download that copy and see if it works or not. You may have an out-dated Ryzen Master installed.

Thanks for reply, i need to check that out. I thought all AMD CPU where able to overclock

it says 3,6 GHz bas 4,4 GHz turbo in the description for the pc

Doesn't sound like it is locked.

Maybe Ryzen Master is seeing your Desktop APU as a Laptop APU. Laptop APUs are not supported on laptops.

Can it have something to do with the motherboard?

Unless the Motherboard is misrepresenting the Processor as another processor No I personally don't believe it would be the motherboard.

Open a AMD Service Request (Official AMD SUPPORT) and see what they suggest is the problem from here:

NOTE: Do you have the latest or one of the latest BIOS installed or it your BIOS Version over a year old?

This is my BIOS-version och -datum AMI F.12, 2020-12-17 and when i look at HP download page i found 1

F.03 Rev.A13.0 MB6 okt 2020

but it looks to be older then the one i have

I don't know the exact model of HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop you have. There are four different models. But this particular model has the same BIOS you the one your posted:

In Ryzen Master it recommends that you have the latest BIOS version installed. That COULD be the reason why Ryzen Master is misrecognizing your APU as not being supported.

NOTE: At HP Support page to download your drivers input your HP Pavilion Serial Number to get to the correct download page for your PC.
