I have fixed the issue to delete a version of RM to allow the program to run in general. Whenever I restart though, I open the program, click ok, then a Windows 8 transparent window pops up meaning the program auto crashes.... I have even tried deleting the RM Log from C/Users/"User Name" IDK what to do to fix this.

Yes I am using the latest possible version of RM as well.

Specs:

CPU- Ryzen 9 3900x

RAM- GSkill Ripjaws 32gb 3200mhz

Motherboard- Asus ROG Strix x570E Gaming (ATX and AM4) 

GPU- EVGA RTX 2070 Super Gaming Black

Same issue here. Reinstalling RM solves it until next restart.
Running latest BIOS, chipset drivers etc. Latest RM release as well.

edit# I should add that I'm running a dual monitor setup. I've seen threads about that being an issue before.
