Ryzen Master not showing Current CPU Speeds

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 and have setup a 4GHz overclock in my ASUS bios for my B450-F Gaming motherboard.  I have the most updated BIOS and drivers for my chipset and downloaded Ryzen Master v1.5.0.0850 to confirm the overclock is working and temps aren't out of control.  I open Ryzen Master and it just shows all the clocks locked at 4GHz but doens't show actual real time speeds.  The histogram also doesn't move and is just a line at 4GHz.  I'm not actually overclocking in Ryzen Master but just want to use the program to monitor my processor.  The temp does move and updates every second which the settings call for.  Anyone have any idea why I can't get it to display realtime CPU core speeds?

Thanks!

Unless you use P-State overclocking, the speed and voltage you set in BIOS will be what the CPU runs at constantly.
