Ryzen master not opening in windows 10

Hey! 

I downloaded the ryzen master for my ryzen 5 5600g and it won't open, I keep on clicking the Ryzenmaster.exe and it just opens up the wizard thing and it wont install

Is this a prebuilt PC (dell, hp, etc....)?

it is not, specs are Gigabyte B550M S2H, Ryzen 5 5600g, Corsair 16gb ram 1tb ssd, running windows 10 pro

I assume it is Vers.2.09......... from the processor with graphics options.

You might want to try the 'microsoft installer troubleshooter', see if it fixes the issue.
