Ryzen Master Driver Not Installed Properly (Fixes not working)

I cannot launch Ryzen on an Updated Windows 10 PC, been this way for a while.  It leads to "Ryzen Master not Installed Properly. Driver not installed!"

I have uninstalled the chipset driver, Ryzen master, went into the registry and deleted every form of Ryzen Master Driver including all of the entries with V13 etc. restarted, reinstalled, tried again but it all leads to the same message.

Gigabyte x570 Auros Pro Wi-Fi Bios F35b
3900x with proper Ryzen Master installed
Latest Chipset Drivers
Red Dragon 5700xt Latest Drivers
Windows 10 20H2 Build 19042.1266
Bios has also been reset just in case

Try this:

Open regedit:

1.- Go to :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\

2.- Locate ALL:

'AMDRyzenMasterDriver' INSTANCES inluding ending with Vxx (EG AMDRyzenMasterDriverV19)

3.- Erase ONLY all instances of:

AMDRyzenMasterDriverVXX

4.-Edit

AMDRyzenMasterDriver\ImagePath

Then set incorrect information of path (Wathever you want - EG: ImagePath=XASDADHADH)   ---- BACKUP FIRST

5- RESTART PC

6-Open

AMD Ryzen Master and that should create new AMDRyzenMasterDriverVXX instance in regedit.

Ryzen Master should open now

7-Restore backup of

AMDRyzenMasterDriver   instance and restart PC again.

Everything should work now

If in future you get same error - REPEAT

OH YES !
Yes it was a great idea and it worked perfectly for me! Thank you so much !

@tauuruz

You really did it, Man!  Thank you so much!  I was so frustrated.  I hope that AMD sees this thread and fixes whatever caused this in the first place.

That worked!

Thank you, Tauuruz!!!!
