Ryzen balanced power plan: Is it still good?

So after updating my driver it seems i lost the "AMD Ryzen balanced power plan" setting.
My question is, is it still worth it?

it was introduced in 2017 and was said to be better than "high performance" setting.
but does that hold up today? i heard from someone that its outdated.

Slightly better than balanced, slower than High Performance, but you do lose P-state overclocking with the Ryzen Balanced plan.

I really dislike bold bar graphs, trying hard to impress, but looking closer the difference is at most ~1% ..that's neglectable!

In other words missing 1 frame from 100fps is not even worth to mention..

I wish the industry would go back to meaningful statements instead of "dust counting"

so what your saying its not useful anymore like it was before?

It's just as useful as it was before, but if you overclock it's always been useless, and you still lose 5% on average compared to high performance.

it never has been useful (like that) coz it's "bean-counting" without any real world impact for the end user - overclocked or not!

missing 1FPS out of 100 is zilch significant for any gamer.
