I managed to fix it.

Most weird thing. Looks like the chipset drivers weren't installed at all, because there were no chipset drivers in applications and futures.

So I searched for Chipset_Driver_Setup in pc and found it. Then I installed it and then uninstalled them with this same Chipset_Driver_Setup.exe. After that I just updated them with newest Chipset driver like i wanted before all this and it worked.

same problem HERE!

Ryzen 5900x, ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING WIFI II

Name : AMD Processor Power Management Support
Version : 7.0.3.5
Install : Fail

some sources says:

In its release notes for the 3.10.08.506 driver, AMD says:

Restores intended function and behavior of UEFI CPPC2 (“preferred core”) in Windows® 11 build 22000.189 (or newer) on AMD processors.

The driver adds a new Ryzen Power Plan 7.0.3.5 which comes optimized for Windows 11 and should fix this CPPC2 bug.

so **bleep** is going on?

Hello

This is a none issue alot of users faces.

To solve it you need to use:

1- Microsoft Uninstall Tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-r...

2- choose uninstall

3- remove all AMD files and repeat the process for each file.

4- After you removed all AMD restart your system

5- Install the AMD chipset for your system https://www.amd.com/en/support

You may need to reinstall AMD Ryzen Master or Radeon GFX drivers.
