The first number in the bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc) Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes: If kv shows a taskGate use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv. Else if kv shows a trapframe use .trap on that value Else .trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken (on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap) Endif kb will then show the corrected stack. Have you tried using a single monitor? Have you tried using single module RAM? Have you tried changing the virtual memory settings? It is very difficult to find the cause of some blue screen errors. The motherboard or RAM may be causing this problem. You are still suspicious of the graphics card.

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP error is usually caused by RAM or DISK if OC is not exist with a system. You should test RAMs with MemTest86.

MemTest86, SFC, CHKDSK /f & Prime95 was fine so far.

System is not OC; i just bought the parts Mainboard, CPU, RAM

any other idea?

Do you get the same error when you use a single monitor?

i unplugged the second monitor via DVI and it seems to work.

So the graphics card ability to dual monitor is gone? It's kinda strange everything was working fine with my old setup (FX8320E OC)

If your system run smootly with using single monitor, I don't think there's anything to worry about. The PSU is most likely to cause problems with your system. This system consumes about 400-500W power and 650W PSU cannot provide it with high probability. Also you can see your PSU stabilization with an OCCT PSU test.

I will consider to upgrade the psu to like 750w / 850w

but the old CPU (FX8320E oc to 4 ghz) should draw nearly the same as the ryzen 7 2700x.

shouldn't the pc crash if caused by psu when at peak of power usage and not when clicking on a quit/back to desktop button)?

€dit: will test again in full screen mode

Your system looks fine. Looks like the PSU is enough. You probably got drive-induced errors. If you can run this test without error, you probably don't have hardware-related errors. Because the test pushes systems to an error. If you wish, follow this way and report an error.

Run Radeon Settings > Preferences > Report Issues Online
Good luck...

I have exactly the same issue, computer restarts / crashes after playing Fifa 20 or BFV as soon as i quit the game it crashes.

Your crash dump pretty much the same as mine. If you look at it you will see "atikmdag.sys" this is the AMD graphics driver referenced. The exception is a Double Fault, which means an exception handler was not able to handle an exception that was thrown. I have tried to analyze it and it shows the graphics driver atikmdag crashing, however i couldn't get to the bottom of why exactly. Someone from AMD engineers need to look at this dump

I revert back to 19.9.2; same thing

Added another full dump

So updated:

Driver to 19.10.2

Windows to 1903

Set Virtual Memory from C & D  Auto (SSD & HDD) to All auto

Opened Case and checked if everything was in place.

result: something from above seems to fix it.

anyway thanks for your help

@conramax Yes same issues i have with 19.9.2 I think this is something AMD engineers need to look at.
