I just recently bought a computer, the following specs are:
PROCESSOR: RYZEN 5 3600
GRAPHICS CARD: Radeon RX 5700
RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock B450
STORAGE: Crucial BX500 960GB SSD
CASE: NZXT H510
I've got everything set up fine. The PC runs very smooth and very quick, everything is normal when idle. I've updated to all the new BIOS for the CPU, GPU, and Motherboard. When I start games it works perfectly fine, very quick, very smooth. However when I press a "Start" button the CPU instantly jumps to 100% usage while the "Disk" drops to 0%. I get at most 1 fps and it just sticks like that, absolutely nothing changes as long as the game is running. If I manage to close the game out with only 1 fps it goes back to normal and I can do anything else with ease. It seems it only does this when I run games (even in the menu).
Does anyone else have this problem? I'm 16 and I've put my heart and soul into getting enough money to purchasing this.
