hello, so its been a week i have built my PC with Ryzen 5 2400g 

I'm facing drivers issue....

When I installed AMD Radeon Software..... when I tried to open the software

It says that drivers are not installed correctly...

And my Windows Version is very old..!!!!!

First update your Windows 10 to current 1809 (17763.x), then drivers should work.

Glad it you got it running! Current drivers require something like 1709 or 1803 at least, bur unfortunately it isn't specified on the download page.
