My rx570 is going from 300mhz and sky rockets to 1000 when idle and only goes high for about 1 second or two (sometimes longer) Anyone know what the problem could be? (the only setting ive messed with is the fan speed, nothing else}
It sounds normal, the memory clock will fluctuate depending what is happening in the system. Why are you worried about this?
Because it makes my screen artifact but strangely enough not in game, very weird. It’s not the biggest issue but a little inconvenient nonetheless.
More information about your system configuration would be helpful in offering further suggestions.

ah sorry, i run default settings, no overclock no temp limit. My drivers are up to date as well. This has been a thing for a month now
