I have a month old XFX RX5500 XT and I've been experiencing several screen black outs/no signal since I bought the card. Any idea how to solve this problem?

Here's my specs:

- Ryzen 5 2600

- 2x 8GB DDR4 HyperX Fury 2666Mhz

- Thermaltake 700W 80+ Bronze PSU

- AMD RX 5500XT 4GB 128bit

- MSI A320M-A Pro Motherboard

- 2x AOC 2070W monitors
