I have not adjusted power limit. Is that something I should do?

Also,  I believe freesync is off

I'll disable vsync if on.

And I just got a 144hz monitor. Which would suck if that's a factor.

Yes you should. Power Limit > AMD graphics performance

quick update. No freesync. No vertical refresh enabled, globally off. Power limit in Wattman is +50% (max) now.

Doom on Vulkan, Ultra settings = 130-170 FPS

America's Army = 160 FPS !!!

Hello. I have same problem.

My specs are:

AMD FX 8350 Black Edition

32 GB Ram 2133 DDR 3

RX 480 8 GB

1000w Corsair

Samsung Curved QLED LC27FG73FQUXEN 144 hz

And i have no idea why i have low fps in games. This guy here solved it out but i do not understand how he done it. I would even use Teamviewer with someone who has idea what to do here. English is not my native language and i'm a noob when it comes to things like that so i would appreciate help here.
