18.11.2 divers patch notes says that vega series high idle memory clocks are fixed. Is there gonna be fix for other cards because my rx 580 memory clocks are maxed out all the time?

If you have one screen issue is fixed by setting monitor to 120hz or under but if you have more screens it doesn't help.

cpu: i5 8600k

gpu: rx 580 8gb

ram: 16 gb 3000mhz

did you try 18.11.2 amd drivers.Its looks like my problems is gone .i had some black screen problems and i think its about memory.Now its seems like its fixed with this new dirver ....

Yes I have newest drivers installed. I read the patch notes and thought that maybe new drivers would fix the issue that I have had a long time but never found fix.

I tried to uninstall msi afterburner and reset wattman settings but it didnt help.
