What does Windows `10 Task Manager show when your GPU card is running 100% without playing any games and at idle?

See if you have a background program running that may be causing your GPU to run at 100% all the time.

Also check your Radeon Settings to see if you change anything it will fix your problem. In fact in Radeon Settings click on "Restore Factory Defaults" and see if it helps any.

actually there are 3 possibilities:

1. your GPU is damaged (test it in another system)

2. faulty driver install (use DDU in safe-mode (requires a reboot) to clean driver and install latest after second reboot)

3. a CryptoMiner hacked your Windows and is running in the background (you can check that usually in taskmanager - performance tab; GPU load)
