RX 580 Checkerboard and Driver Timeout

Hello, this is my first time posting on this forum.

Please someone help, i have MSI Armor RX 580 8GB OC and i notice my card will crash/driver timeout - checkerboard monitor - and then rebooting itself whenever when my VRAM not touching 2000Mhz on idle. I notice this behavior when i try to reducing my refresh rate monitor to 120hz from 144hz.

My GPU will stuck at 2000Mhz VRAM on idle when my refresh rate at 144hz and i don't want that because it will causing more heat while on idle, that is why i change to 120hz and my VRAM immediately become normal on idle (300mhz).

Why is this happening? And how to fix this? Please help me if someone know how to fix this. My card are brand new, fresh install driver. Currently on Adrenaline 21.6.1. Sorry for my bad english.

Conclusion:

144hz Refresh rate - Clock 300 Mhz & VRAM 2000 Mhz on idle - Higher temp = Stable.

120hz (and below) Refresh rate - Clock 300 Mhz & VRAM 300 Mhz on idle -  Normal temp = Crash, Checkerboard Monitor, Driver Timeout.
